RITEL COVID Policy

RITEL staff will adhere to all government guidelines in their region with respect to personal safety and the safety of others. When visiting a client site, the staff member with adhere to all client guidelines and regional government guidelines.
RITEL staff work from home when not on a client site.
RITEL staff will maintain a high degree of hand hygiene, which means washing/sanitizing hands frequently when on a client site, and when preparing sample stubs.
RITEL staff will endeavour to complete any engagement using online facilities, or by post where solid samples are involved. Samples may have to be quarantined for up to 48 hours before they can be opened for testing.
RITEL staff will NOT use public transport to visit any site. RITEL will visit, only by road, discrete data centre locations where person-person contact is minimal due to the nature of the business with few on-site staff. Cars will be single occupancy unless from the same household.
RITEL staff will maintain the greatest possible separation from others at all times by suitably adapting working methods.
Where it is not possible to socially distance, RITEL staff will wear face masks when in the vicinity of others.
